Mr. James Tice is a leader in the firm’s tax practice. He specializes in organizing, preparing, and supervising complex tax planning and compliance for various tax-exempt organizations and small businesses. He lectures on a wide range of tax, business, and ethic topics. He has been actively involved with the PA Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals since 2005, and has been enrolled to practice before the IRS since 2012. Mr. Frank Cellini is an Enrolled Agent (EA) a federally-licensed tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and is licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including examination, collection and appeals functions. Frank completed three years of additional education to have earned the prestigious Enrolled Agent Fellow designation. He also has obtained the Accredited Business Accountant, Accredited Tax Accountant and Accredited Tax Preparer credentials. He is a Partner and the chief executive officer of the public accounting firm of B. Joseph Cellini & Co., Inc. in Chadds Ford, Pa. T/A Chadds Ford Accounting Professionals (CFAP Group). This firm has been in existence for over 63 years and staffs CPA’s, EA’s and credentialed tax preparers. Frank is a past president and currently a board member of the Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals formerly the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountant. He is also an active member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents, Pa. Society of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Professionals, and Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals.
