This is a rare time in history that we have 5 generations across the workforce.

It's also a time when communication and work style misunderstandings are creating silos, driving conflict resolution requests to an all-time high, and shifting the need for Emotional Professionalism into high gear. Learning about the perspectives and drivers of each generation and applying that understanding in the workplace can positively impact communication, collaboration, productivity, and results. 

In this discussion, we’ll explore each generation and learn how you can take steps toward creating a generational synergy.

Learning Objectives:  

Participants will learn what Perspective is, where it comes from and the role it plays in our workstyle and decision making. In addition, participants will learn the Motivators, Drivers, Contributions, and Communication preferences for each of the 5 generations currently spanning the workforce. 

Participants will be provided with communication frameworks they can leverage individually and organizationally to put that understanding into action.
