This presentation will review what is required for compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act and tips on how to keep your clients compliant in the future.  We will also cover significant updates in employment law that impact your clients and what to look out for to make sure they don’t receive a visit from the Department of Labor.  We will then discuss what to expect in 2025.  Bring your questions.

Christina Reger is a Law and Compliance Counselor and Co-Founder of Loutel Law, a certified WBE. Tina also has extensive experience in a variety of employment law litigation matters including business divorces, breach of employment contract disputes, unfair competition, discrimination and harassment, enforcement of restrictive covenants, business divorces and a wide variety of other general commercial litigation matters.

Tina is a regular keynote presenter both regionally and nationally on employment law topics and legal ethics         including employee classification, discrimination, and retaliation and she frequently conducts sexual harassment training to organizations of all sizes. Tina is a regular speaker at seminars on employment law topics for SHRM, NAWBO, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Business Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting, SCORE, and local trade organizations, as well as providing training to corporate clients of all sizes on a variety of               employment law issues. 

In June 2023, Loutel was named a Legal Innovator by the Legal Intelligencer. In 2022, Loutel was named to the WBEC East Honor Roll for Diversity Equity and Inclusion.

For the past four years, Tina was again recognized as a SuperLawyer by her peers. In 2020, Tina was named a Pennsylvania Trailblazer by the Legal Intelligencer.
