WEBINAR: Live Full Credit Replay Tax Basis Reporting and Disclosures
4 Hours A&A
This is a live replay of a previously aired webinar. The speaker will get on at the end of the recording to address any questions.
This A&A program will look at the much-used non-GAAP financial reporting framework (FRF) that is income tax basis financial statements. Practitioners must navigate the various struggles to (a) provide meaningful and useful financial statements that meet the client’s needs, (b) meet and comply with the professional standards for financial statement engagements promulgated by AICPA’s SSARS along with the required, meaningful, and informative financial statement disclosures if footnote disclosures are a part of the engagement, and (c) provide all the due diligence and due care to minimize exposure from third-party users and those relying upon the financial statements.
